Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact Studio Kavall via our contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. Studio Kavall ships with Royal Mail First Class UK, which should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch in the UK. For international orders we will ship with  Standard Airmail. Please note that shipping times will vary depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, depending on your country's rules. These charges are unfortunately beyond our control and are not covered by our shipping fees. Studio Kavall is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred.
